- · The Park is on western side of Princes Highway opposite Easts Shores Park
- · Exclusive use of all sites by the Trakmaster Club.(no other vans on site)
- · Plenty of good grassy powered sites, all level.
- · Dump site within the van park
- · A reasonably large covered bbq area and adjacent space for happy hour.
- · Pets not allowed. However members with pets are encouraged to participate in Gathering activities by booking at the Narooma Surf Beach Holliday Park, 1 Ballingalla St, Narooma, phone 02 4476 2275. This park is pet friendly; their rates are similar to Easts and is about 3kms from Easts Van Village. Relevant members should make their own arrangements with this park.
- · Within 400 metre: Easy flat stroll to village IGA, Pharmacy, Bakery, modern Bowling Club with excellent food, Seafood Cafes and a 50 metre heated covered Olympic Pool and River foreshores.
- · Within 2 km: Comfortable walk or drive to Beaches, Cinemas, River /Ocean Bar, Board Walks, spectacular Golf Course and Club
- · Half day return drives to Mystery Bay, Tilba Tilba, Bermagui, Tuross Heads and more.
- · Full day 4wd return drive to Bendethra Valley (easy 4wd access to a hidden gem of a valley with campsites, and fascinating remnants of a family living in the late 1800s) plus more challenging 4wd surrounding tracks in mountainous terrain.
- · Half day charter boat cruises to Montague Island.
- · Excellent fishing from nearby local beaches, rock break wall and adjacent pristine river and lake system. Offshore fishing around Montague Island accessible through the deep water Narooma Bar using own boat or local charter boats

- · Gathering arrival is Fri 10 Oct and departure is Mon 20 Oct 2014 i.e. 10 nights
- · Easts standard rate for a site with power and water is $38/night for the first 6 days. However, a 10% discount applies for 7 days or more i.e. $35/night. A further 10% discount applies to both of these rates if a member of Big 4 i.e. $35/night and $32/night
- · Members are to pay $50 per van deposit before 1st Sept by phoning Easts office 02 4476 2046. Quote Trakmaster Club booking, Van Village, 10th to 20th October 2014.
- · Adrian will liaise with Easts re members’ progress for paying deposits.
- · The deposit is fully refundable providing Easts are advised of a cancellation before 10am on the day of arrival. Easts do not need a reason for cancellation.
- · On arrival, members are to select a site (Adrian will show sites), then members to pay the balance owing at the Easts office, receive a security gate code, then position their vehicle and van on-site.
- · Members may choose and pay for 5 to 10 nights to suit their commitments. Members can book to stay longer, although Easts may allow other vans into the park after the Trakmaster departure date of 20 October.
